MEASUREMENT

Responsible for the installation/commissioning, routine maintenance, troubleshooting/repair, and testing/calibration of natural gas measurement. This experience includes: orifice/differential, with multiple orifice fitting makes and types and multiple RTU makes and models; it also includes

ultrasonic measurement with multiple meter makes and models and multiple RTU makes and models. As a supervisor he was also responsible for the implementation of standard operating procedures, training and compliance, scheduling, the troubleshooting and repair of meters, and

the improvement of lost and unaccounted for gas and system balances. He also developed and implemented the in-situ meter tube inspections while working at Enterprise Products. This inspection included a procedure for a borescope inspection, reporting system, and corrective

action to correct noncompliant findings.
